SOLD OUT - WAITING LIST
COMPUTER CLAY
On the first workshop day, Martin will introduce the software and overall workflow. Participants will sculpt the object they want to produce in ZBrush, from which a two-part mould will be created in Blender. By the end of the session, the moulds will be exported and prepared for 3D printing. Martin will follow each participant individually, step by step.
On the second workshop day, everyone’s mould will have been 3D printed. Following a demonstration, participants will create up to five individual pieces, which may function independently or be assembled into larger compositions. At the end of the day, the finished work(s) will be raw-glazed in a transparent glaze.
The class is run in a small group of up to 8 participants to allow for personal guidance.
SPRING RESIDENCY
This call is for you if work is founded on researching and making within a circular process; you wish to grow your knowledge in conversation with our team but you’re independent; you’d like to have a base in Amsterdam to make, think and research. Before the end of the residency, the resident has the opportunity to organise with the team an event to show and share the outcomes of the research.
